Do you know about the meaning of the vote? The right to vote in a democracy means doing the right thing for the nation. But, the turnout of people in their twenties was only 16% in the election of members for the National Assembly held in April. What do you think about this? You were shouting for half tuition and trying to find the right thing for the people, weren’t you? Why not vote, is it because your views will not be reflected in this election? But by expressing your opinion, you can achieve the second best outcome. If you are indifferent because the best result you hoped for may not appear, the worst result will happen. So, you should vote for the second best, even if you can't have the best. You will elect students to work for your university life next week. Through this election, you can tell them your opinion. It only takes five minutes. Your opinion is going to influence your university life for one year. Also, your votes will have influence on the presidential election. The vote at the university is a starting point. Let’s start together. CWNU is owned by you, not the president. You can invigorate university life through your vote. Just think about it, and you will be excited. Let’s make CWNU a place that can cooperate with students and communicate with the world. I hope that you will be the great young generation who do the right thing as students of CWNU.
