This job fair offered a lot of employment opportunities; interview, counseling, and recruitment. In addition, many job seekers used useful services; a vocational aptitude test, image consulting, useful resume clinic, a beauty salon, and a photo studio. Ceon Ku-Dong, a senior student in Deptartment of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, said ¡°It is so hard to find a job these days. I appreciate center¡¯s efforts. Job Fair offers various hiring information. Through this job fair, I send in my applications and have job interviews. I hope to see good results.¡±
The General Human Resources Development Center of CNU aims to increase percentage of employment with its slogan ¡°80 percent of employment in 2010¡±. It makes a constant effort to increase percentage of employment. The Center proceeds various employment programs by the end of this year. The proposed programs are a supporting program for talented people, an employment camp, a program to acquire MOS (Microsoft Office Master) certificate, and a program to improve graduates¡¯ skills in employment. Kim Woo Cheol(Dept. of Industrial & System Engingeering) who participated in employment program said ¡°I received assistance in preparing the interview. The center informed me an attitude, an etiquette and a tips on interview. The mock interview was equal to actual interview and a tense atmosphere could be felt in interview. This was very good opportunity for me to check myself. Through the efforts of center, I could react with equanimity to upsetting questions in actual interview. Finally I got a job in ¡®SAMSUNG SDS¡¯. I want to recommend this program to other students.¡±
Students who want to join the program should visit center¡¯s office. It is located on the third floor of Durae Hall.
