CWNU is now publishing ¡°Webzine,¡± an electronic newspaper. CWNU released its first issue at the Webzine opening ceremony in the presence of President Lee Chan-gyu, Kim Heung-gi, the Dean of Academic Affairs, and members of the academic committee. It was held in a conference room on Nov 3. ¡°Webzine¡± has the advantage of being available on smart phones so people can receive information more easily. ¡°Webzine¡± is a consumer-focused customized service that delivers content such as research results, pending businesses, and donations for education at CWNU. It deviates from conventional printing methods through digitization. The news in ¡°Webzine¡± is categorized under the titles of ¡®communication¡¯, ¡®sympathy¡¯, ¡®entrance¡¯, and ¡®waggle waggle¡¯. ¡°Webzine¡± plans to play a role as a university newsletter by providing information quickly. ¡°Webzine¡± stands for CWNU¡¯s willingness to communicate with not only the local area, but also the world. ¡°CWNU is preparing to get the local people¡¯s attention and support, and will meet society¡¯s expectations by taking seriously the responsibility of the university to educate and serve,¡± said President Lee at the opening ceremony. Beginning with the November issue, ¡°Webzine¡± will deliver news to students of the university, alumni, corporate executives, and staff members via smart phone every month.
