From the 11th to the 12th of this month, the, "2023 Job Festival customized for local demand," was held at Changwon National University's Sarimgwan and Sarim Square. CWNU announced that it held the Job Festival to help provide job information to CWNU students and local young job seekers, and to provide a place for communication between current employees and job seekers through this Job Festival. The Job Festival, which was organized by the CWNU Employment Strategy Center, provided students with a variety of employment information, including a "Recruitment Fair," "Career Employment Mentoring," and, "Career Employment Counseling Center." In addition, an Image Consulting Center, Student Mental Health Counseling Center, and Event Hall were introduced to improve students' employment capabilities.
On the 11th, on the first day of the festival, KEPCO held a series of recruitment fairs, starting with a presentation with President Lee Ho- young, Changwon National Assembly Member Kim Young- sun, and KEPCO's Director of the headquarters of Mutual Cooperation An Jeong- eun. "Receiving such advice and feedback motivated me," she said. In addition, she responded positively to her participation in the Job Festival, saying, "There were products and snacks prepared in the event hall, so I was able to participate in the program enthusiastically." Kim Yerin, a third- year Department of Philosophy student who participated in the, "Career Employment Counseling Center," and, "Student Mental Health Counseling Center," programs, said, "The Student Mental Health Counseling Center conducted a picture psychological test, and the Career Employment Counseling Center provided detailed explanations about the company and had a question and answer about preparing for future college life and employment." She added, "I felt comfortable talking to the incumbents because they were able to explain specifics in a way that was easy to understand, and they listened with great interest."

Song Min- a, a second- year student in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering who participated in the, "Career Employment Counseling Center," program at the Job Festival, said, "I heard that LH is not hiring for development jobs like other public enterprises, and Volvo Korea is hiring for 'software' jobs, but they are hiring mainly for jobs that develop software that goes inside excavators." She also said, "I was worried about choosing a coding language and mobile operating system, and it was an opportunity to talk to current employees of the company and make a choice that would benefit me." adding, "If the 2024 Changwon National University Job Festival is held, I would like to participate next year with my acquaintances."
All three interviewees who participated in the Job Festival expressed their willingness to participate again and recommended the festival, indicating that Changwon National University successfully concluded the 2023 Job Festival. Changwon National University students who were unable to participate in this year's Job Festival, are encouraged to participate in the 2024 Job Festival, which will be held next year.
