First, she advised choosing the companies that you would want to work for. All companies do not have the same employment standards. So first choose your companies, and then try to satisfy their standards.
Second, the important thing is not the company¡¯s appearance such as its name or annual income, but the human elements such as business atmosphere, or the employees of the company. You are not applying for a part time job, so you can¡¯t change companies freely.
Third, study persistently until graduation. For example, Miss Oh studied management for university transfer, but she couldn¡¯t pass the transfer test. But the management knowledge was used in her employment test by chance. From this example, she showed that all study may be used at some time or other.
Lastly, university grades are indications of university life. Most interviewers want to employ more faithful applicants. So they think grades from university are indexes to evaluate the life of university students.
Though the special lecture lasted only a short time, the audience learned a lot about finding a job, because the special lecture¡¯s purpose was to provide realistic and definite tips for the employment preparation process.
