On April 6th, inauguration ceremonies took place at the university. This day involved not only the inauguration of the General Students' Association but also the inauguration of the Students' Association of each college. The college association inaugurations were first, and the ceremonies were conducted by the student presidents of each college in front of their respective colleges' buildings.
At 4 p.m., the inauguration of the General Students' Association began in the auditorium of Education Hall. Many students, along with other people who came to offer congratulations, attended the inauguration. Due to the number of people in attendance, the seats were filled, and some students had to stand.
The inauguration ceremony began with the proclamation and inaugural address of the President of the General Students’ Association. His proclamation and inaugural address were firm and ambitious. Next came words of encouragement from the President of CWNU. The President also strongly encouraged the student president in his ambitions.
Then the master of ceremonies introduced important guests from within and outside the university. Among the outside guests were the presidents of other universities. When these introductory activities were over, important work was begun. This was related to the amount of subscriptions to be raised to donate to the children’s foundation. This money had been raised since February according to the General Students' Association's contract with the children's foundation.
After a series of events, the most important event of the inauguration ceremony began. That was Gosa. When the preparation for Gosa was finished, Gosa was performed. The first Students' President with the General Students' Association bowed down to the ground.
