Changwon University Nursing Department and Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital nurses, signed a business agreement for mutual cooperation in nursing education and research. On August 10, a ceremony was held in the conference room, on the 4th floor of Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital.

This signing ceremony was prepared for the mutual cooperation and collaboration of industry-university research institutes, to solve the problems of clinical practice. The signing ceremony was attended by professors of the Department of Nursing at Changwon University, the head of the Department of Nursing at Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital, and the head of the Department of Nursing Administration. At the signing ceremony, discussions were held on nurses' field training and nursing research activities. Dean Mi-Kyung Jung of the Department of Nursing at Changwon University said, “Through this agreement, we will strengthen the competency of nurses and promote the development of industry-university research, through continuous education and practical education for nursing students.” She also said it has created opportunities to design synergistic models in a variety of fields, including clinical and developmental research of nursing management systems.

Meanwhile, Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital recruited new nurses for 2023, last month. For applicants who are expected to graduate from the College of Nursing, the application period is from 9:00am on August 10, 2022 to 6:00pm on August 24, 2022. In the document screening, the results are announced after submitting the documents, and the successful candidates are announced after the interview. Finalists are determined through the recruitment process. Applications were received by e-mail, and if necessary, you were required to submit an application, cover letter, transcript, professor recommendation, track recommendation, and application qualifications. The transcript is valid until the first semester of the 4th year, and only the recommendation letter from the professor is accepted. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for August 29, 2022, with interviews on September 6 and 7. Successful applicants from the interview process will be notified on September 14. In addition, the recruitment test is scheduled from September 19th to September 23rd, and the finalists will be announced on October 7th. The selection schedule will give preference to persons with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws. Also, the schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances. A dormitory is provided only to successful applicants from other regions, but if the number of occupants exceeds the dormitory capacity, it may not be possible to enter the dormitory, only according to priority.
