The chilly weather is about to end and cherry blossom festivals are coming. The cherry blossoms around the campus are good, but cherry blossom festivals in all parts of the country are also a great place to feel the spring. What is the best cherry blossom festival this year? We introduce four cherry blossom festival attractions to students who are planning a recreational spring trip.

1. Jinhae Gunhangje Festival
   Changwon Jinhae Gunhangje Festival, which attracts many tourists with full cherry blossoms every year, is held from April 1st to April 10th. Major events such as the eve of the year, the Faldo Folk Market, and the arts and cultural performances are held at the Jungwon Rotary, and a memorial ceremony and ascension parade are held at the Bukwon Rotary. In addition, the 'Military Music Festival', which utilizes the characteristics of the port city, is a military art performance featuring military music and a chairman. The Naval Academy, and the Naval Base of Jinhae, which are normally difficult to access, are must-see places during the naval baseball season. Above all, you can enjoy the spectacular 100+ year-old cherry blossoms around the naval base.
2. E-World starlight Cherry Blossom Festival
   In Daegu, the only nationwide nightlife event will be held for about two weeks from March 24th to April 8th at E-World Starlight Cherry Blossom Festival. The concept this year’s festival is 'Let's pink party'. It is literally a festival where you can enjoy a pink parade, a nightly DJ party, and a playground. In addition, you can enjoy cherry blossom-only souvenirs and cherry blossoms in a unique event that clears the missions given along the cherry blossom course. There are many photo zones all over the world, but how about in front of a red two-story bus or the 83 Tower? Especially when taking pictures with cherry blossoms on the prettiest night with the illumination light, life photography is no problem here.
3. Hwagae Cherry Blossom Festival
   When the last cold snap is over in April, Hadong-gun Hwagae will be a cherry blossom road. It is also called 'Wedding Route' as couples can hold hands and walk giving them luck with their love for 100 years. The cherry blossoms, which bloom like white snow, are beautifully embellished. It is one of the best places in Hadong, and it was also named one of the 100 most beautiful roads in Korea. Here, you can taste the spring herbs of Mt. Jiri, which are produced by Hwa-gae townspeople, and you can taste local food such as sweet sashimi, shellfish soup and seaweed soup. There are a lot of performances and experience programs such as a cherry tree wrestling king selection contest, a cherry blossom singer royal contest, and recreation with tourists

4. Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Festival
The Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Festival in Seoul will be held for 9 days from April 1st to 9th. It is expected to attract tourists with excellent programs from Day 1 to Day 9. There are a variety of programs such as cherry blossom calligraphy, a concert, traditional art performances, painting and other kinds of art, etc. In addition, the fireworks festival will be held at Lotte World Tower and Seokchon Lake from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm on the 4th. Lotte World Tower's 'Tower Fireworks' and Seokchon Lake West's 'Musical Fireworks' will shoot off 30,000 different fireworks synchronized to eight songs of jazz and pop. After the fireworks show, a K-POP concert and a sweepstakes event will take place. Because of the safety of visitors and congestion of traffic around them, it is better to use public transportation because the roadways will be controlled.
