President of Catholic Students Club, Sin Young-Jun(International Trade Dept.), said “Catholic Students Club is a religious club but people who don’t want to believe in Catholic Church can also join our club, because it is not ‘Association of Catholic’, but ‘The club’. So I think that club’s true purpose is to share love among each other.”
Club’s student who demands anonymity said his club has many good things. The club is connected with other university Catholic clubs, so they go to picnic together, and do the voluntary activities for farmers together and so on. In Gyung-nam, there are 8 catholic student clubs. Especially, CNU, Gyung-nam Univ. and Masan Univ’s catholic club often meet because of those universities’s geographical proximity.
Also they always have ‘weekly meeting’ on Wednesday, inviting a nun. So, sharing their worries or university life, they interact with one another.
