But the festival focuses on attracting the lower classes' attention. Students except senior class have no interest in employment. A atmosphere that students should plan in advance and prepare employment. needs to be established. Last year, CWNU took the second place among 18 national universities throughout the nation. We are currently operating 24 employment programs to achieve 80% of employment rate in this year.
Kim Jong-Han(Dept. of Chemical & System Engineering, 04) said "It is so hard to find a job these days. Even after graduation, many students couldn't decide what to do with there life. Most students begin preparation for job when they become senior class. It is too late. As I am a senior, I want advise to junior. Time flies like an arrow. Please do not waste your time. There are much useful information at center. I want to recommend various programs to other students. If you make good use of center, you can get a job you want."
