A job festival was held on Thursday, May 1, at CWNU. It was hosted by the CWNU Female College Student Career Development Center and sponsored by Gyeongsangnam-do and the Ministry of Gender Equality. Any student from Changwon could participate in the job festival. The festival was intended for students having trouble getting jobs. It was divided into 2 sections. The first section involved taking aptitude tests, and the second section involved having face-to-face talks with mentors for 10-15 minutes.
The aptitude test gave students a chance to practice taking the test. Nowadays, aptitude tests are as important as interviews for evaluating potential employees. The test consists of MMPI, a personality diagnosis test, BDI, SCL-90R and SSI-Beck. By taking the test, students could evaluate their character objectively and get professional advice about school and social life.
