On April 2, the Refresh student council held an inauguration ceremony at CWNU.
The student council performed Go-sa (a sacrifice to the spirits), rites wishing all the best this year, and announced their official launch. The Go-sa went off well. The Student President and a Dean read the congratulatory address. After the Go-sa ceremony, the student council business report started. They have several projects on the boil, but they didn’t discuss any important agendas. The report seemed precarious because of student indifference towards their school. In addition, the Refresh student council was criticized because the student meeting didn't go as smoothly as planned. The student government meeting was an important meeting in which all student department councils participated, but there was a lack of preparedness, and the meeting procedure of the student president was very careless. The participants need time to think things over. They passed over the agenda quickly. As a result, questions came thick and fast, and the meeting lasted longer than expected. This point was troublesome because of the waste of precious time. The Student Council can’t do everything by themselves. Every student should take an interest in school matters, and try to improve the school and the student body.
